I think T.I. is a better rapper thandewayne ( Lil' Wayne) carter because T.I. lives what he raps about and Lil' Wayne doesn't Lil' wayne is aucatally a fake rapper because he says he does thing he does not do at all like he say he got shot but to tell the truth about the situation Lil; wayne shot his self so he saye he got shot just to look like a gangsta.
Now on the other side is the boy from Ga. Clifford ( T.I.) harris vwho auctinally does what he says tip hasd been in jail for selling drug and he has been caught in the hood so you tell me who is the true rapper.
Lil' wayne is suppose to be a collage grad and does not have enough common sense to use words that people have heard before, but lil wayne makes up his own word and leaves listners in a state of confussion and they have to think if that is a real word or not.
